Pre-Installation Inspection

1、Upon receiving the products, immediately inspect the outerpackaging for damage and check tiles for transportation-related defects.Contact our after-sales department promptly if issues are found.

2、Schedule installation as soon as possible. If delayed, storetiles in a cool, dry area to prevent moisture exposure.

3、Remove any protective film from tiles (if pre-applied) beforestarting floor protection measures.
